Welcome to Biyall E-School . By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any future modifications.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• Not share your account with others

3. Account Registration

When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Update your information as needed
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Course Access and Purchases

4.1 Course Enrollment

When you purchase a course or subscribe to our services, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course materials for personal, non-commercial use.

4.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Telebir (Ethiopia's secure payment gateway). You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4.3 Viewing Limits

Pay-per-video courses include up to 5 views. After exceeding this limit, additional purchase is required.

4.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in cases of technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved.

5. Subscription Plans

• Pay Per Video: ETB 100 one-time payment per video
• Subscription (Grades 1-11): ETB 2,000 for 2 months access
• Grade 12 Plan: ETB 2,000 for 3 months access

Subscriptions automatically expire after the specified period. We do not offer auto-renewal.

6. Live Tutoring

Live tutoring sessions are conducted via Jitsi Meet. By booking a session, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
• Treat tutors with respect and professionalism
• Not record sessions without permission

Tutors earn 80% of session fees; Biyall E-School retains 20% as commission.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share or redistribute course materials without permission
• Attempt to bypass viewing limits or security measures
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass other users or tutors
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts to access our platform

8. Digital Library

Our digital library provides PDF resources for personal study. You may:

• Download PDFs for offline reading
• Print copies for personal use

You may NOT:

• Redistribute or sell PDF files
• Remove copyright notices
• Upload PDFs to other websites

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Biyall E-School, including videos, PDFs, questions, logos, and design, is owned by Biyall E-School or our content partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with:

• Jitsi Meet: For live tutoring sessions
• Telebir: For payment processing
• CDN Services: For content delivery

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Course completion will guarantee academic success
• Content is always accurate or current

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biyall E-School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Course access will be revoked
• No refunds will be provided
• You must cease using all Biyall materials

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa.
